About me

Growing up, I played representative soccer until I tore my ACL. At the time, I chose not to undergo an ACL reconstruction surgery and instead focused on strengthening my body and legs to better support my knee.

Through this process, I began noticing my body changing and started becoming more passionate about health and fitness. Like many women, I tried everything — excessive cardio, under-fuelling, overtraining, and weight training — yet nothing seemed truly sustainable or rewarding.

That’s when I discovered bodybuilding and body shaping.

Not only did it transform my physique, but it also had a huge impact on my mental health. It taught me discipline, structure, self-control, and most importantly, self-love instead of self-sabotage.

Alongside fitness, I’ve worked as a Registered Nurse for the past 12 years. I initially worked 12-hour shifts in Emergency Nursing before transitioning into Cosmetic Nursing. During this time, I also competed in bodybuilding bikini competitions and powerlifting, which is where I discovered my true passion for body shaping and helping others build confidence through fitness.

Through all of these experiences, I learnt that nobody is perfect — no matter how high you aim or what you achieve physically. What truly matters is how you feel about yourself.

Over the years, my body has gone through many changes. I became a mother, had my breast implants removed, experienced deep vein thrombosis, and eventually underwent ACL reconstruction surgery. These life events challenged me physically, mentally, and hormonally, forcing me to adapt and learn new ways to train, recover, and care for my body.

These experiences are what shaped my coaching philosophy today.

My mission is to help women realise their potential — not only physically, but mentally too. I believe fitness should empower you, build confidence, improve your health, and support your lifestyle rather than consume it.

I focus strongly on education, sustainable nutrition, body shaping, hormone balance, gut health, and building real strength from the inside out.
